1. Platform Nature & Ranking Model

rankbuy.lol operates as an open, competitive, pay-to-rank public directory. Positions on the leaderboard are determined solely by whole-dollar bids placed via our payment processor (Polar.sh). We do not employ subjective editorial scoring, organic algorithms, or traffic manipulation.

2. Non-Refundable Bids & Outbid Risk

Placing a bid grants you placement on the public board corresponding to the value of your bid at the time of transaction. Placing a bid does NOT guarantee perpetual retention of Rank #1.

If another participant places a higher bid, your listing will naturally move down in rank. Because your listing receives immediate, continuous visibility and referral traffic, all bids and payments are strictly non-refundable and final under all circumstances.

3. Chargeback & Fraud Prevention Policy

Initiating an unwarranted payment dispute or chargeback without valid fraudulent identity theft claim is a breach of these Terms.

4. Prohibited Listings & Link Guidelines

The following link types are strictly forbidden:

• Chat invite links (Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Signal, Messenger groups).
• Adult, sexually explicit, hate speech, or defamatory content.
• Malware, phishing, illegal substances, or fraudulent schemes.
• URL shorteners (e.g. bit.ly, tinyurl) masking unauthorized destinations.

Violating listings may be removed at our sole discretion without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

rankbuy.lol is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific amounts of traffic, clicks, revenue, or business conversions from leaderboard placement. In no event shall rankbuy.lol or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
